Accent Collision is a family-operated auto body shop and classic car restoration specialist in Canoga Park, California, serving the San Fernando Valley since 1994. Located at 7300 Deering Ave between Sherman Way and Saticoy Street, the shop has spent three decades earning a customer base that now includes the second and third generations of families we first served in the 1990s.
How the shop started
Accent Collision was founded by Alex and Dmitry, two technicians who had spent years in larger Los Angeles body shops and kept running into the same problems: too many cars on the floor at once, rushed work to meet insurance throughput targets, and a customer experience that left people feeling like a claim number instead of a customer. They opened the shop in Canoga Park in 1994 with a different philosophy — take fewer jobs, do each one right, and treat every customer like family.
That philosophy still drives the shop today. We deliberately stay smaller than we could be so that every repair gets the attention it needs, every estimate is honest, and every customer talks to the same person from intake to delivery.

What we work on
The shop handles the full spectrum of automotive body and paint work. On any given week you might see a 2024 Tesla Model Y in for parking-lot damage next to a 1968 Mustang in for a full body-off restoration. Our service catalog covers collision repair, auto paint and refinishing, dent and bumper repair, classic car restoration, and insurance claim repair.
Equipment and shop standards
We invest in equipment because the quality of the repair depends on it. The shop runs a Chief EZ Liner frame straightening system for unibody and full-frame work, a downdraft paint booth with infrared bake cure for refinishing, a calibrated spectrophotometer for color matching on difficult metallics and tri-coats, and a dedicated bay for ADAS sensor recalibration after collision. We maintain accounts with BASF, PPG, and AkzoNobel for paint materials and OEM parts distributors for every major brand.

Most of our customers live within a 225-mile radius of the shop. Dedicated service pages for the neighborhoods we work with most: Woodland Hills, West Hills, Tarzana, and Reseda. We also serve Canoga Park, Winnetka, Northridge, Chatsworth, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Bell Canyon, Encino, and the rest of the West and Central San Fernando Valley.
