Accent Collision was founded by Alex and Dmitry, two technicians who’d spent years in larger Los Angeles body shops and seen the same problems everywhere — corners cut to hit insurance margins, complex jobs given to inexperienced techs, customers treated as line items.

Do I have to use my insurance company's preferred body shop?
No. Under California Insurance Code §758.5, your insurer can recommend a shop but cannot legally require you to use one. The choice of where your vehicle is repaired is yours.
How long does collision repair take?
It depends on the damage. Minor (single panel): 2–4 days. Moderate: 5–10 business days. Major (frame, structural): 2–4 weeks. Parts availability is the largest variable.
Can you give me an exact completion date?
Do you work directly with insurance companies?
Yes. We bill directly to every major insurer including Farmers, USAA, 21st Century, AAA, Mercury, MetLife, Allstate, and State Farm.
Will you use OEM parts on my vehicle?
Whenever possible. We default to OEM parts for safety-critical components, ADAS-related parts, and any vehicle under five years old.
What is your warranty on collision repair?
We offer a written lifetime warranty on workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.
