- Insurance coordination: We contact your Progressive adjuster, submit the estimate, and obtain authorization before any work begins.
- Repair: Our certified technicians restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition using quality parts and factory-matched paint.
- Supplement handling: If additional damage is found during repairs, we document it and submit a supplement to Progressive for approval.
- Delivery: We contact you when repairs are complete. Your deductible (if applicable) is collected at pickup.
