We accept claims from every major insurance carrier — State Farm, GEICO, Mercury, Allstate, Farmers, AAA, USAA, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, Progressive, Travelers, Wawanesa, and most regional carriers. We bill your insurance directly on your behalf and handle the full claim cycle: initial estimate, supplements, parts ordering, rental coordination, and final delivery. You stay in your lane; we stay in ours.

We provide an honest estimate at the start of every job and update you with progress along the way, but we will not promise an exact completion date. Repair timing depends on parts availability (especially for newer EVs and European brands), the complexity of damage uncovered during teardown, and the time your insurance carrier takes to respond to supplement requests.
